BEIJING (Reuters) – China’s economy remains resilient despite growing uncertainties caused by the Ukraine crisis, the country’s state planner said on Monday.

China will strengthen policy coordination and accelerate the deployment of pro-growth policies, Lian Weiliang, vice chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission, said at a press conference.

Beijing has targeted slower economic growth of around 5.5% this year amid an uncertain global recovery and a slowdown in the country’s vast real estate sector.
